"Blood Soup or Clear Soup" (kind of a contradiction in terms?) not sure where the name's came from but here is part of the contents. Stomach, Intestines & other animal parts?

Spicy Roast Pork with vegetable & rice. The spicy is in the bowl.

Meat Balls with Lettuce & a Sweet sauce.

Happy Birthday To Nang!

Today is Nang's 40th birthday! Most people who know her or see her thinks she is just a teenager. It is amazing how young the Asian people of the world look. Take for example me; I look 64 and with all those wrinkles and gray hair my daughter says Dad you are just old!!!

Today is Nang's day and I wish her the best!

Jill & Wheel Say HI From Thailand

Jan, Jill & Wheel

Jan is the hardest working woman I have ever met. She cooks, raising the girls and worked with Jeep & Noom all day long. Jill & Wheel are easy going girls who never fight or cause any trouble.

This is Jill and this day she was feeling sick with a fever.

Wheel is always moving never stops except to sleep.

While Nang & I were is Thailand we spend most of our time with Nang's family and Jan, Jill & Wheel. Jill & Wheel captured my heart. I have been home a month and still think about these wonderful little Angels. The photo below is a special day for the girls. Nang & I purchased a small cake. This was probably the first cake they have ever had.

Angels do get excited about cake!

However much pleasure they had they still were perfect Angels.

It is amazing how people can change your life forever. Jill & Wheel are in my heart forever!

Breakfast In Thailand

Breakfast in Thailand is always very interesting. Nang ordered a fish & bowl of rice soup with squid etc.

This is a favorite of Nang's for breakfast.

This wonderful 18 year old Thai girl was always very happy and so nice to be around.

Nang's fish this dish is very spicy.

Nang would order more that usual because she is on vacation.

She was so happy this AM.

Thailand 2010

I will be commenting on Nang's & My trip to Thailand this year. I spent 1 full month and Nang will spend 2 full months. Nang is coming home in late October. I felt she needed private time with family. Thai people are very close to their family and I wanted her to enjoy her's. She will not go back to Thailand for at least 1 year.

This is a common site in Thailand. Sometimes you see 5 people on a motor bike. The motor bike is the main transportation for most of the population in Thailand. Helmets are worn by the driver and in a few case the passenger. Most of the time all wear no helmets.
