Eric's birthday dinner went off without any problems. The family along with Carlie, Trevor & Kevin enjoyed good eats and family time. Eric & Carlie are looking so happy!

Abby & Liz enjoyed the food and running all around visiting every with every guest.

Is Swimming Legal If Your Arm Is In A Cast?

You can imagine my concern about the laws of the land? This photo was before the pin was placed in her arm. Now she only has 2 more weeks before the doctor removes the pin & puts on a "water proof" cast. Liz & Abby are going to be very happy!

But I bet you can guess who will be the happiest? Right Jennifer!!

Beware of what you eat!

Today I took the chicken out of the freezer to thaw for my cook out grill. I was so shocked that these chicken breast were close to 8 inches long and over 1 inch thick.

The reason I buy frozen chicken is the salt & additives are less per the label in the store. However unless you buy organic in a America you will get "manufactured" hormone infested product like the photo below.

So whats the problem? Well in America 49 of our 50 states have 20% of their population that are classified obese! Have you ever notice how fat our children are? Watch the movie "Food Inc." as a start. Shop organic & always question everything, government, your places of worship, your shopping store, EVERYTHING!

After surgery a new pink cast (8 weeks). This arm was not healing so a pin has been added to help with the healing process.

A Tribute To My DAD!

Tuesday July 5, 2011 I realized that DAD was born 100 years ago and I still miss him. Mom & Dad were really good people.

Dad sent 5 kids to college and worked all his life!

Thanks Mom & Dad for all the hard work you did for our family.
